Responsibilities

As a Delivery Associate at TALA Logistics, your responsibilities will include the following:

You will drive a delivery van to drop off Amazon packages to customers within the assigned community
You can plan on working about 4-5 days a week
You can plan on a typical working day being 10 hours
You'll use handheld technology to manage the delivery process
You'll follow strict safety standards on & off the road
You'll interact with Amazon customers in a professional and positive manner

In-Person Interview

If you qualify, we'll reach out to coordinate a 30 to 45 minute in-person interview to review your job qualifications and compatibility with the TALA Logistics team.

Offer Letter

After a successful interview, you'll receive a tentative offer to join the team. A formal offer will depend on your completion of the remaining onboarding steps.

Additional Screening

You’ll receive instructions for entering your credentials in the Amazon Onboarding Portal. This will initiate a background review process as well as a drug test (doesn't screen for marijuana). It may take 7-10 days to complete.

one Day Training

Amazon provides 1 day of classroom training that covers equipment use and best practices. New hires will complete a route with one of our experienced associates prior to delivering solo.

Ready To Hit The Road!

For the first 2 weeks on the road, you will complete Nursery Routes, which are lower volume than a full route. By the end of second week, you should be fully qualified to complete any route assigned.
